Fatal Imbalance

“Observations of current vital United States structure that made a Capitalistic America the envy of the world are now displaying unfortunate continued Socialistic devolution.”  Hedgemastermb.blogspot.com

Preface:  Below are main categories that make up this review of critical balances. Many findings herein will present fact and opinion that leads to introspection necessary for citizens to become actively aware of America’s current dangerous situation.

Imbalances to be discussed:
            Constitutional Understandings and Practices
            Industry and Business
            Government Practices State and Federal
            Citizen make-up and Condition
            Currency and Existing Wealth

Constitutional Understandings and Practices
President James Madison, who drafted our Fourth Amendment, had fought against “Writs of Assistance” in the middle 1700’s which allowed the kings soldiers into every part of Americans lives and violate any privacy by search and seizure. Madison assisted in the creation of the Constitution in general and the Fourth Amendment in specific to prevent our government intruding into private life unless there was “cause” to believe a crime had been committed by an individual.

“General Warrants” are today’s “Writs of Assistance”, that were applied by Britain to rape and pillage, and are forbidden by our Constitution. And yet, General Warrants have been illegally allowed by liberal and conservative presidents, WHY?   As late as 1967 “Katz vs. the United States” re-affirmed through the Supreme Court’s decision Madison’s contentions of freedoms from these violations of our privacy. We as citizens must fight as did our fore-bearers against these excuses to remove our constitutionally guarantee of liberty for any reason.

The Fourth Amendment requires a “Warrant” to be used for only “One Person”. The warrant must reflect probable cause that “criminal activity” is afoot. “General Warrants” for multiple people with no proof of possible wrong doing is expressly forbidden by our Constitution.

Today, we stand as citizens completely without any right to privacy. Our every word in our homes, our beds and our bath are heard and recorded. All private communication on a phone is recorded and saved. The Government hears us in our cars and knows where we have gone and when. This is all made possible by the illegal allowance of “General Warrants”.

We are more spied upon than any citizens in this world. And yet; we submit to this intrusion. What future does this auger for our children and their children that we as a submissive generation have been the first to allow these “General Warrant” violations of our Constitution? Our very way of life for which our forefathers, fathers and even our children have fought and died is disappearing as we squabble. Who’s at fault? A good part of blame is the trumpeted irrational fear created by a corrupt central government under the last two Presidents seemingly dedicated to replacing our Constitutional law.

In the 1940’s we fought two great industrial nations Germany and Japan.  We fought these two nations simultaneously in a massive world war. Both had great armies, navies and air forces. We won without giving up our Constitution. Will we be the first generation to cede our rights to a mistaken government or at worst a corrupt central government desiring power that wants our constitutionally guaranteed freedoms gone?

In our zeal to be politically at odds, have we determined that venial and amorphous political gains on one side or the other is worth destroying the nucleus of our Constitution that has kept us great for 250 years? Will Republicans and Democrats be so small so as not to see the bigger Constitutional threat? Two Presidents, numerous Senators and too many House members have said yes they would destroy our Constitution. WE MUST ACT!

When you hear our current Democrat President Obama and recent Republican President Bush saying we need this current NSA action or, a Republican Senator McCain saying we are wise to have these Patriot Acts that have created our complete loss of constitutional privacy; we can no longer look to a Party for assistance. We must instead look to our Founders and their Constitution and what it truly means. We must demand our Constitution made whole and unchanged for no venial reasons for the sake of our children and their future!

Industry and Business
How did we lose America’s international dominance in manufacturing of product production and export? America was the world’s most aggressive and successful capitalistic export producing industrial giant in the late 1800’s through the 1960’s. We had Over 150 years of capitalistic growth and dominance throughout the world in capitalistic commerce.” Today, heavy industries are international and produce most manufactured product outside of America. When you see on CNBC that GM, GE, Dow, or S&P is doing well; that does not translate to jobs in America.

Our industries, in the very late 1960’s and throughout the 70’s & 80’s, moved internationally for reasons of geographic diversification and cost. We are currently a mere consumer and non-producer of heavy manufacturing for export. Millions of middle class jobs have been lost to our children since the 1970’s. Our government has not corrected this vital weakness.

The important question is:  Why haven’t industries returned to our country to rebuild heavy industries here? The true reasons are disturbing and dangerous. They pose great threats to our Country’s near economic future and survival. Our Central Government has not acted capitalistically since 1976 in this arena. No President since Reagan’s weak attempts, because of a reluctant Democrat Senate, has efforts been made to bring heavy Industry back to America.

Globally, the cost differential in wage between nation states has compressed through the years and hence not as critical as it was in the 50’s and 60’s. So, why is a country like Mexico now, recently favored by the industries in the latest major move back to the Americas beginning several years ago?  Mexico, just south of our border, is today’s desired target of Heavy Industry’s designations instead of the USA!

GM, GE, Honeywell, Goodrich, Cessna and many other industries from over the world are building heavy industries in Mexico hiring tens of thousands there plus many more thousands  support jobs in ancillary subsidiaries?  These are jobs America could have won had our President attempted to capture that business for our high school graduates!

The cause of this terrible loss of millions of industry jobs and supporting ancillary jobs is our flawed non-capitalistic Central Government.  Our Washington DC Government has become socialistically non-competitive and elitist. The government serves itself, not our citizens. Our countrymen and women are anxious to have jobs in manufacturing and production and not be forced to accept government money and control.

Our States yearn for the freedom to bring in business but, Federal Government and its policies block them every way possible. It is the direct fault of non-competitive elite socialization in Washington DC, primarily the Executive Branch coupled with Agency interference!

Since the late 1970’s we have depended on lower paying services jobs in replacement of disappearing higher paying real manufacturing of goods.  Are there any debates or panels discussing this evolution? NO!   There is no public discourse as to why this lifeline for our citizens isn’t completed. This lack of manufacturing damages the lower and middle class especially our young who remain up to 50% unemployed! The fact that this president uses subsidies for control of the poor vote to selfishly retain power instead of bringing jobs to the economy is a sure sign of venial and destructive socialistic control.

Government Practices State and Federal
The Federal Government as an entity, and we include both parties, has become a poison to the United States economy for the last 33 years. It has hidden this by giving more social programs to keep the masses happy. When manufacturing and heavy industry relocated overseas in the 70’s, America had the services industry, then the technology age to push forward. Those two industries kept us going temporarily for 25 of those years. Without heavy Industry however, jobs for our kids fresh out of high school began getting thin. They are now mostly gone.

Our Federal Government has grown at prodigious rates multiplying its massive expense because of the unionization of federal, state, city and county workers in 1979. Beginning In the 2000’s the federal workers became the favored class as far as wage and pension compared to the private sector.

There should be an immediate cessation of any hiring into any government structure especially Federal.  Allow normal retirement to shrink those governments then consolidate agencies and switch much of the current functions of EPA, NLRB and others to the jurisdiction of the States. Wage freezes should be put in place and early retirement encouraged. The unions should be disbanded for all tax paid employees immediately.

**. A full explanation of this history and other articles can be found at:  hedgemastermb.blogspot.com  It’s the second Article titled “America’s Economic Future.”  Solutions for our Economy are provided.

Central Government Policies:   Our Constitution defines intended functions of Central Government.   President Jefferson, however, revealed in his writings what government was not to be. So, let’s see what our most “Far Seeing” President Jefferson thought so important that he warned all future generations:

“The Democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not.”

“My reading of history convinces me that most bad government results from too much government.”

“A government afraid of its citizens is a Democracy. Citizens afraid of government is tyranny!”

“If people let the government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as the souls who live under tyranny.”

“Experience has shown that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny.”

“The end of democracy and the defeat of the American Revolution will occur when government falls into the hands of lending institutions and moneyed incorporations.” (Author’s Note: The Federal Reserve falls into this category).

“I predict future happiness for Americans, if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.”

“Laws that forbid the carrying of arms . . . disarms only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.”
President Jefferson’s words written in the late 1700’s, over 200 years ago are prophetic and apply especially today! They define realities of today. President Jefferson counted them as signs of future dangers of lost democracy to all citizens.

Central Government Policies: (More Specifics)  If we are to survive with a capitalistic and representative government, we must change the size and content of central government.  All Central Government hiring should be immediately stopped and attrition allowed. No firing for reduction purposes should occur.

Staffs of all Senators and Congressmen are three quarters lessened. The White House Staffs are three quarters lessened. All Agency Staffs retained are three quarters lessened. All Staffs of all various departments such as Departments of Justice are three quarters lessened. No temporary staff or outsourcing of duties or staffs of any kind are allowed until those conditions are met. The overall target is to cut the size and overall cost of government by three quarters. Let’s suppose Federal Employment is by hire or subcontract 3.5 million people. Then by attrition of death retirement or others the final numbers before hiring more must be approximately 288,000. Many functions will become the primary responsibility of States as it was intended in our Constitution. The States will compete to bring solicited business competitively to each respective State. The States will be the driver of laws and initiatives to bring manufacturing and other businesses.

The primary first function of Central Government is to be of assistance to bring business into the country and allow the States to handle them. The Federal Government is there to provide assurance for businesses and assist in helping the State be conducive to manufacturer’s wishes. The States should bid and provide all else.

Look at America now! The Federal Government is anti-manufacturing! That industry has been historically the core and foundation of our country. We are quickly becoming something that resembles the Old Soviet Union or Mao’s China. We are practicing “Equalization” instead of competitive capitalism. Who is making the best salaries?  Is it government employees or private sector employees? We must become competitive capitalistically not succumb to Socialism.

Citizen Make-up and Condition
We have increasing numbers of illegal Immigrants being allowed to remain and far more continues to come. These are the poor from Mexico and other Central America States. They compete for the jobs sought by our under privileged citizens. Both groups receive Federal and State assistance. The current President wants them to continue because he feels they are a future voting bloc. A very venial and corrupt reason as it was with the past Republican president.

We now have poorer and lower classes in number and percentage than at any time since the great depression and perhaps our entire history without entry recordation.  Even with this devastation our president refuses to reach out as a central government and do what’s necessary to bring jobs into America. He seems unwilling or more likely professionally helpless!  We need Factory jobs as we once did in the late eighteen hundreds when we had far less educated masses. We had those jobs after the two world wars which catapulted us to being the world’s leader. We need those jobs now to provide the base with which to grow again. This president is misdirected, confused or corrupt. He refuses to accept that reality as did Mao. If we don’t have this renaissance of economic understanding we will become like a bigger and poorer Zimbabwe or Greece just one more poor country, once rich, run less than capitalistically.

Currency and Existing Wealth
Existing wealth concentrated into the upper 10% of the population that had the foresight and incomes to invest internationally into the global marketplace is doing well. The “Middle Class” civilian in private employment has substantially disappeared. The “Federal Government Employment” salaries have far exceeded the “Private Sector Employment.” A 2009 chart displays the disparity. This is classic Socialism.  Every Socialistic Country in history compensated Government employees far better than private sector employees.

In 2009 the wages and pension of a Federal Government Employee averaged $123,049.* The average pension and wage of a private employee (this includes union and white collar workers) was slightly above $61,059, roughly half of the Federal Worker’s income. This is the classic sign of Big Government Socialism. *USA Today 2009*

There is an even far greater disparity today when bonus and other factors are added over this past five years! These figures display disparities similar in Socialistic nations of the past where mandatory government income and benefits exceeded private wage. It stems in this case from a lack of leadership from this and last presidents to bring adequate manufacturing into the country for youth and lower class workers to begin a legitimate private sector climb. This chasm has grown even more and not corrected by the last three presidents for the past 21 years!

Instead the last two Presidents trumpeted equalization of the classes assisted with government payments and benefits, a Socialistic solution and poor compared to providing jobs at acquired manufacturing plants built here by international firms. The graph above is worth a thousand arguments defining the plight of the private worker in America.

Summary:   Any president in office creating Government Programs to “Socialistically Equalize” the masses, or to provide for the under-privileged by government fiat without bringing sufficient business into his country with jobs to pay for it is a Socialist. That president or leader will harm his or her country!

If a president gives speeches on helping the poor by government payment, be very concerned.

If a President continues to create laws, orders or government created national programs for the private sector, be very fearful of your continued freedom!

If a President creates private entities away from government while still in office; Beware! These are historically socialistic steps to allow a powerful single person permanently take the reins of central government.

If a President can’t bring in the global manufacturing business with good jobs for his country by making them welcome; he doesn’t really care for his people, or does he want dependency? Unemployment and its economic disastrous result is directly the fault of a bad leader.

If a President lies about the true condition of the country with outrageous numbers,    can he be trusted? (Unemployment at 7%)

If a President allows a department of the government to have the capability to track every citizen’s communication and activity on any pretense, fear for your liberty!

Our current President and previous President have both dwelled in these dangerous areas talked about here. Let’s make sure we do better the next time. Let the theme be “How much manufacturing business and jobs can you bring to America?” And; “How much freedom from central Government edicts can you make possible?”

Capitalism Wins! Here is a small list of successful countries that after WWII were devastated and poor. With Capitalism they have succeeded for their citizens.

  • Japan was destroyed. General Mac Author sent a man known well in the business community named W. Edwards Deming to assist. Japan was resurrected as one of the most powerful Capitalistic nations on Earth.

  • South Korea was devastated by the Korean War and run by ineffective Dictators. The people demanded Capitalism. They brought in and then created their own industries. S. Korea is now one of the most modern Capitalistic countries on earth.

  • China in the clutches of Socialism under Mao allowed millions of citizens to die while Mao and selected government groups thrived. Deng Xiaoping, a great hero, set Mao aside and created Capitalism making China great once again by bringing in Manufacturing.

  • Mexico just under our southern border has become Capitalistic at last! GE, Gm, Honeywell, Goodrich Cessna and many more industries from all over the world are going there to open factories and hire tens of thousands of employees. Plus supporting business like restaurants, dry-cleaners, supermarkets and other will follow with even more jobs! Time will tell if their government remains Capitalistic or they fall back to their old ways.

All four countries used the same methodology to become successful for their unemployed. Each country offered Outsourcing labor, well organized, to international businesses that needed product manufactured.. Plants were built and people were trained and employed and the countries flourished and became owners of some factories and advanced in technology. Where did they learn this?

America!  It’s what we did in the 1800’s and early 1900’s when we prospered and became the greatest nation on Earth. We were the great example of Capitalism!

We must do this again immediately rather than going into Socialism to which America is currently succumbing.  We need public debates on these pressing questions with avid Government proponents on one side and intelligent Private Sector advocates who believe in real hardcore capitalistic philosophy on the other!

The Chinese "Deng" Solution

The Deng Solution
Background:
Who’s Deng Xiaoping? Deng was a small, and some might say, slightly pudgy guy with glasses, a polar opposite of the current, XI Jinping. Deng, however , was the greatest leader of China since Qin Shi Huang and is known as a “Hero” in China’s great evolution for its people.

This little guy came through the ranks, carefully praising Mao’s philosophy to stay alive then rescuing his nation from the “Third World” of Socialistic poverty and aftermath of continuing starvation and death of millions. Wow!

Deng privately had ideas to transform China. Deng, understood that confronting Mao’s teachings would be death so he co-opted and glorified them while quietly constructing a capitalistic capability that would capture work for the 100’s of millions impoverished citizens.  Deng’s Maxims were “It doesn’t matter if a cat is white or black if it catches mice!” Capitalism or Socialism meant little.  Increasing the health and quality of life for China’s citizens in a real way was his goal!  Deng’s very private axiom was “”Kau Fang” (open up) China to the fees and money being made by Japan and others who were manufacturing goods for other countries. Japan, taught by W. Edwards Deming and was thriving. It was reported that Deng read Deming thoroughly.

Deng emulated and copied much of the Japanese process adopted after the war. The major difference was the degree of State ownership and authoritarian control on the back-end. The front-end of promotion and aggressive deal making was copied and made very successful.  Deng used this not for power but, to expedite Capitalistic functions. The University trained teams were sent all over the world soliciting business and assisted industry drawing up plans and delineating needs. These intelligent business expeditors brought back desired jobs which were reviewed and when approved expedited at unhindered rates of speed.

What we see today in China is a “front-end” Capitalistic juggernaut attached to a back-end modified with a primary directive. “Take and do business while making that technology and manufacturing capability China’s own!” Deng leaned heavily on the methods of the Japanese and W. Edwards Deming to create present day China. China’s ambition under Xi Jinping currently is to continue the march and continue China’s capitalistic growth. China is also buying gold at prodigious rates. If they exceed 8000 Tons, they may well become the world’s primary Reserve Currency very soon; the rewards of capitalism.

The Lesson for America:  (Manufacturing Jobs for High School graduates!)
Today, and for decades, America has lost economic focus. In the 1800’s each State, largely unencumbered by too much central Government regulation, thrived as we outstripped England, our primary competitor. THINK! Our Constitution called for States to have the greater freedoms! They are currently slaves to the whim of central Government!

It was not until President Wilson that central Government began to get intrusive.  The lesson we learned from that intrusiveness came 10 years later in the form of a great depression. Why did we not learn that lesson? The wars bailed us out and for 20 years America’s private industries after the war were  pre-eminent.

NOW, in the last 12 years we have increasingly arrived at more inefficiency and Socialism. We need jobs and Deng’s model, not Keynesian money models, is the way! The solution is to turn the States loose from overbearing federal regulation. Let them seek out business overseas, woo them here which would create jobs for hundreds of thousands! Do whatever it takes to compete as did China!

China was held back by heavy Socialism and now, through Republican and Democrat Presidents, that same “Socialism” is unfortunately here! Don’t make excuses, we are Socialistic! Will we meekly submit to a form of government akin to the Soviet Union? We, our generation has allowed and accepted non-competitive attitudes and an expectation of Governments money in return for crippling Central Government control.

President Johnson’s Welfare and other social programs in the 1960’s, President Nixon’s actions as well as President Carter enlarging Federal Agencies and allowing Unions in Government, restricting States from bringing in industry was all disastrous. The massive growth of power and wealth in Washington DC’s central Government and its Agencies exists for their benefit without any real ambition for job creation or individual freedom other than their own!

Today, in America, control on citizens is the priority. Look at the NSA! Is that Capitalistic to have cell phones and autos tracked of every citizen or calls and systems communications all recorded in the billions? Look at national social government programs for over 1/3 of our population. Where are their Jobs?  We are now where China had been. Back-end central Government throttling our States’ front-end capitalism in manufacturing! Stop This Now! We must learn Deng’s lesson!

We taught the world of Capitalism’s benefits while slowly, like poison, taking up their rejected Socialistic central model for social control of citizens and central government’s wealth and power! You must look! Accept what you see!

I am going to point out hard truth’s verifying this premise! Both parties have followed this disgraceful Path!  It began in 1912 under Woodrow Wilson. It abated through the wars and their positive after effects.

Jefferson’s wisdom in his writing warned of this danger is as historically important as is Deng’s warning of central Government growth and its consequences.

Manufacturing  In America:
Manufacturing was America’s mainstay. As late as 1957 manufacturing and assembly made up well over 70% of all work capable men and almost 60% of the total workforce. Today men in manufacturing make up less than 4% to 5% of the manufacturing workforce. Look at the differential! More than any other number, this sets our current Socialistic plight into place.
A high school educated man in America has shrunk to dead-end part time work and our inner city kids are almost 50% unemployed.
Our government even structures numbers to minimize the effects.

America's Recovery:
America could get back to global dominance but, we must require once again the pretext that unrestrained State freedoms from central Government Agencies. Executive Orders must be restored to create and draw back into America the manufacturing jobs from the world we have lost! In the 1950’s before the central Government’s choke hold on States increased, America exported real manufactured goods far more than it imported and made far more money than we spent. America must get back to that if it is to survive. The Government must speak truth to this and not the half truths and outright lies!

Examples of our Federal Government excesses: (USA Today)

2009:   Federal Employee average pay and Pension- $123,049
                      State & Local                                                   $68, 913
                      Private                                                             $61, 051

One of the surest signs of central Government Socialism is this imbalance.  That’s 2009. It’s even worse today by another 10% spread

America has a greater percentage of real unemployment/under employment than in the Great Depression! More of welfare, disability, unemployment, food stamps, free Medicaid, on & on!
We need JOBS! Not Socialistic solutions! The States must be set free to chase them down and bring them in uncontested by Federal Government regulation!

Should central Government be this expensive and should we have debt created by this Government of over $17 Trillion dollars? Is this a Capitalistic model or an ever more socially active but, destructive force?

The answers from Deng provided the front-end solution. American States are our front-end and must be free to compete without central Government back-end restraint or burden.  The “Front-End” must become competitive internationally in bringing production and manufacturing back doing competitive manufacturing instead of our American companies going overseas. They want to come back!! Privately they say that! The central Government keeps them away.  (Read “America’s Economic Future” hedgemastermb.blogspot.com) Very, very important

“Efficient production for the least cost, most efficiency and good distribution”! Deng’s mantra!

Figure that out. He pushed back a massively backward social structure (much like America now) and promoted a “Front-End” Capitalistic production structure that’s evolving positively every day for its people. We could do that for America! We must have a leader that places Economic health and growth above all other aspects of his agenda as did Deng. It has definitely not been the last two presidents!

1880 -1890 when America arrived as the top manufacturer and exporter over our parent England Three American Presidents saw that occur. It didn’t matter. . The States then were truly independent then and not terribly restricted by Central Government. That was the difference!  Now the States are slaves of central Government and every day more and more ties and burdens are thrown around them.

Summary:
America “was” the greatest Capitalistic power in the world. No Longer! We have sunk into Socialistic control of self-serving Central Government. We are getting much like Old China.  We have only one path as had Deng! The answer Deng provided is “Business sought after and brought into China and served by their citizens is first and foremost!” America must follow that immediate direction. We have been badly served for well over 40 years by our central Government and are at the last stages of democratic and capitalistic freedom. A Timely Comparison

America’s Past & Present President:
By Hedgemastermb

Introduction:
This has been moments in time for America when similar comparisons take place in this country’s brief and proud history. While the past does not necessarily predict the future, it is important to ponder and compare these occurrences especially when it includes America’s leaders for it may well portend the future.

There was a time in our history as a younger nation many decades ago when a democrat lawyer successfully pursued a Professorship with a noted University and then took public office to pursue presidential politics, finally becoming the President of the United States. This time was the early 1900’s. The Republican Party at that time had become confused and republicans of note and reputation were combating each other with raucous debates. (Sound familiar to now?)

Because of those republican disputes, the democrat presidential candidate won. After the victory he was quoted as privately saying “Remember God has ordained that I be the next President of the United States. Neither you or any other mortal could have prevented that.” He had a favored facial expression of an almost stern righteousness.

Paul Johnson, a noted historian at the time, said about this President that he had, “a recognized self-regard of arrogance and smugness.” Johnson was right! This was the most self-assured and directed individual of that time. It was President Woodrow Wilson.
President Wilson, a Democrat and some say a socialist empire builder, became President in 1912.
His Good points:
Hesitated and delayed entry into World War1
His second wife, Edith Bolling Galt, who was known as the “Secret President.” After Wilson’s stroke, she fought for and supported the Right of Vote for Women which she proudly accomplished in 1919.
Stabilized the currency incorrectly

Questionable Points: ( Depending on ones politics)
More than doubled the size and ranks of Federal Government:
Created the first National Income Tax (On the Rich)
Created the League of Nations (The model for the United Nations)
Created the Federal Reserve (Not necessary with Gold Standard)
Built an updated and larger Commerce Department
Built an updated and larger Labor Department
Passed the Liquor Prohibition Laws
Enhanced FBI greatly & added the beginning of ATF to police for liquor enforcement
Created the beginnings of a modern much larger and powerful IRS
Increased the Federal Courts power and size dramatically
Resolved World War 1 poorly
Wilson wrote and spoke about his personal philosophies in an essay entitled “Leaders of Men” about leadership and government. Concerning Separation of Powers & Checks and Balances he wrote “The President is at liberty, both in law and conscience to be as big a man as he can! His capacity alone will set the limit.” In his assays Wilson said, “The competent leader of men cares little for the internal niceties of other people’s characters, he cares much, everything, for the external uses they can be put, he supplies the power.”

President Wilson also rejected much of Jefferson’s teachings in the area of a “Minimalist Federal Government”.  Wilson said, “While we are followers of Jefferson, there is one principle of Jefferson’s which can no longer obtain in the practical politics of America. You know it was Jefferson who said the best Government is that which does as little governing as possible, but, that time is passed! America is not now and cannot in the future be a place for unrestricted individual enterprise.” (This truly sounds like our current president)

These statements seem in a very negative way directed at true capitalism and it’s more State oriented democratic control versus the vast power of central government. Wilson, by his stated beliefs and subsequent actions, socialistically believed that Central Government was the main provider not merely the instigator and government therefore should be controlled and used as much as possible by “One” leader.

Wilson’s policies of building massive government overhead from 1903-1918, there-by creating inefficiencies and expense, may have been the main catalyst of what followed. The $25 Billion was a beginning in additional debt, an enormous amount at that time, spent by President Wilson for historic growth of ‘His” central government. After Wilson’s departure in 1921 a continuation of government growth running rampant was barely controlled. The unfortunate death of President Harding, and succession by Coolidge then Hoover allowed the debt expansion in government to evolve unchecked resulting in collapse, panic and the Great Depression. This was a deflationary depression. The US dollar was valuable and few citizens had many if any at all. (This fact is important to note!)

The Comparison:
We have today another Democrat lawyer who was a College Professor then President. Another who believes even more in the power of an individual president to rule a powerful Executive Branch controlled by the philosophies of one man, President Barak Obama. This is a president scornful of the other ruling parties and branches if they disagree even slightly with his directives. He is quite willing to negatively engage Congress in arguments and contests that may cause harm to the economy. President Obama is vindictive when rebuffed and imperiously blames all others as did President Wilson who berated and resented any meaningful opponent or proposal.

President Obama seems to believe, he as Chief Executive of Federal Government, should be an active partner receiving credit in any and all successes of private industry and business (“You didn’t build that by yourself”).  His willingness to invest monies into start ups that fits personal philosophies tends to remove separation between government and private business again much like Wilson. This President has gone dramatically far beyond most others in supporting personal preferences. It is necessary here to mention Socialism. Socialism’s primary active principles were somewhat in practice with Wilson and now even more with President Obama. Active sign posts of socialism according to its creator Marx are:

All powerful Central Government – High Taxation – Government Programs controlling vast percentages of the population - Purporting to achieve Wealth Re-distribution – Government Agencies control of private businesses – Separation of  “Government or Tax Paid  Employment” from “Private Employment” in treatment. - Location and Confiscation of civilian weapons and finally - Tracking and Control of the population’s activities.

The question must be raised. Is this socialistic activity really occurring now in America? The answer is, YES!

Let’s review these Socialistic principals as they apply today in America:

  1. All Powerful Central Government and its Agencies - No one would argue that this President is pressing that facet of socialism.
  1. High Taxation - To be fair, President Obama’s higher taxes have not been as high as other presidents although his taxes and fees are many and increasing dramatically with ObamaCare.
  1. Wealth Redistribution - The type of higher taxes imposed by this President has been aimed at repositioning society with privately employed middleclass disappearing quickly and assent of government and their employees in favoritism and wealth! We have massive redistribution within society to a new and growing lower class aided by Organization For Action (OFA) a 501C(4) created by the President to promote his social agenda. (Historic)
  1. Government Control of Private Businesses - The Central Government’s attempted increase of legislation has been extreme. Especially with agency rules avoiding Congress and Senate to create policies inappropriately on private business and citizens which make up the majority being negatively affected?
  1. The President in creating “Exempt Groups” within ObamaCare. National legislation that creates divided citizenry is the most dangerous socialistic move he could have made. To make it worse it will be administered by the extra constitutional IRS! The President has the almost blind permission of his party.
Remember the large private corporations relocated much of their manufacturing in the 1970’s and early 1980’s offshore. They refuse coming back with real manufacturing jobs to America privately pointing to even larger and oppressing Government policies and the government Agencies. (Proof lies in Mexico where currently last year and this year many international corporations are building huge manufacturing and maintenance plants just miles from our borders creating tens of thousands of good jobs our youth could be taking).
(PLEASE! Read “America’s Economic Future” for the real reasons at www.hedgemastermb.blogspot.com)  A MUST READ!

Private weapons control is aggressively being pursued by this President. Is that to render the private population easier to control by various government forces? One supposes it is.

Unprecedented control and storage of information on the American population has been thoroughly enabled and imposed! Mysteriously the head and creator of the Present NSA has been quietly dismissed or resigned. WHY? 9 Generals have left since this president has been initially elected. That’s never happened before in our history. In other less democratic countries that would be labeled as “Coup Protection”.
    1. The Patriot Act under the less-than-intelligent President Bush allowed a FISA Court (Not really a court) be allowed to approve unconstitutional  “General Warrants” Covert entry of dwellings, taping of conversation and filming of actions without “Individual Warrant.”  (It was supposedly for terrorists.)
    2. Now, this has gone far beyond! Now GPS sensors are mandated in cell phones and autos. WHY? These useful devices are capable of recording conversations in your home, turned on or off!  They record text messages, tweets and exact locations from cars and cell phones whether they are turned on or off.
    3. GPS should be a freely chosen or refused accessory! Why should all Americans be tracked? This is a Soviet Union mentality.
    4. Drones are anticipated in the near future in numbers that are astronomic over our homes.
Why aren’t GPS in cars and cell phones voluntary as an option?  Shouldn’t this be government’s intent?   Why would press and other communication media not pursue this largest intrusion to privacy in our history? They have been Frightened.

America’s health programs involving 17% of our entire Gross Domestic Product (GDP), is now under direct government control. That is historic. Much like President Woodrow Wilson’s government growth!  President Obama’s growth was won by under the table gifts to win votes and had no vote from an opposition member. This was greater and more politically powerful than all of Wilson’s consolidations of power in dollar value. This Obama health insurance will create taxes and fees that will hit all sectors with potential grievous effects on the private middle class. Much of government and other favored groups will once again be protected and exempted from this Act.

President Obama’s delivery of dollars through the Federal Reserve and government incurring destructive debt ($17+ Trillion) will dwarf all other debt in our history. All of the Keynesian philosophy discounting the effects of this massive debt is very questionable.

President Obama’s prowess to decimate opposition far exceeds Wilson’s efforts. His willingness to create new and innovative ways to continue collecting donated funds from rich individuals for (OFA) while in office in order to wage this political war is unheard of in our history!

Through private tax free non-profit 501C(4) entities like “Organization for Action” (OFA) is historically unique for a sitting president. He will ask for funds from billionaires, promising favors for this private corporation that’s structured not to show the books. This has never in been done in history by any president.

President Obama retains loyalty from most Democratic sectors including most media even with historic unemployment and massive private middle-class destruction. To some it seems almost religious veneration! That is the greatest compliment and tool a president can have. From his pulpit he creates straw dogs like the “Tea Party” who wants to revert to the Constitution.

President Obama, when and if he leaves office, will leave behind greater debt than all other presidents combined. Again, to be fair, this all began by eight years of financial and global blunders of President Bush. It has been added to by President Obama’s obvious belief in socialistic philosophy and practices that have never worked in history.

President Obama has only three years remaining to correct some of this damage. If he doesn’t he may be placed beside President Bush as co-equal part of this greatest disaster that could last for decades if there is still a democracy standing!

The question is, will President Obama leave after two terms? The reason one must ask is that President Wilson had strong thoughts and plans to have a third term or extension. Only his stroke prevented the attempt.  President Wilson is rumored to have conjured special rules that may have allowed him to remain for a vaunted third term. He egotistically believed he was absolutely necessary to power.  Does President Obama harbor those same thoughts?

Economic questions for our financial experts:
Because your author is primarily interested in financial events of magnitude like Gold rising to historic highs or a global S&P rising to record levels; what must that signify?
Is it a lack of trust in our and other paper currencies? Does it further solidify globalism in manufacturing and growing consumerism’s power  in other countries? If that is the case, why would we believe totally in the dollar’s strength?

Isn’t the S&P disseminated now as a global currency and its creation of wealth is not terribly related to the American economy except to the investor class? Are most American citizens now essentially consumers and our international businesses are not operating real manufacturing here as we were in the past with the exception of agriculture, right?

Why are necessary for life commodities like food and fuel rising dramatically against the purchasing power of the US dollar?  Roughly 20% increase in prices per year on average since fall 2008! That’s over 100% increase! In the fall of 2008 hamburger was $1.29, fuel was $1.80. Now it’s $3.59 for hamburger and $3.65 for fuel. A car that cost $10,000 in fall 2008 costs $18,000 today. The purchasing power of your US dollar where it counts is going down and nobody is saying that. Why not? Why do they have the word “Consumer” in CPI? (Please don’t use the word “Core”!)

Why are the jobs, coming to “The Americas,” now going primarily to Mexico and not the United States? Over 11 major corporations are currently in Mexico building manufacturing and maintenance plants.  (GE, GM $1billion, Goodrich, Honeywell, Cessna to name just a few) The reasons given are interesting. (Read “America’s Economic Future” for the real reasons at www.hedgemastermb.blogspot.com)

Why is Canada’s or Australia’s currency going higher against the US dollar? Are they all predictive signs? Why did the IMF create two new reserve currencies, the Australian & Canadian Dollars?  Why is Japan and China, our two biggest debt holders calling for an end to the Dollar’s dominance?

Conclusions:
The results of the Obama’s Presidency, like the aftermath of the Wilson Presidency, is the probable coming of a “Great Monetary Depression”. Can one expect this outcome to be different?  It will, in all likelihood, be an “Inflationary Depression” not like the past Deflationary Depression. This will be where the US dollar is worthless with too many of them issued as opposed to a “Deflationary Depression” of the 30’s.  Be Aware! The rich’s wealth is gone or protected. It’s the Privately Employed Citizen on the hook!! Government Employees are protected!

If there is no danger, why are tax shelters in Bermuda booming once again? Why are moneyed individuals breaking down Singapore’s doors?  Let’s have a debate! There may be a short period of time to correct this Socialistic Direction!

There is an inviolable law. “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” When Socialism appears, Capitalism disappears.

Coincidentally, when Capitalism appears Socialism in that current form disappears to the same extent.

If we want our wealth as it was in the 1950’s with 60% of our working population in global manufacturing to be once again a true world power, Socialism must disappear.

Thank You!

Where we came from, Where we are Going, Where We Could go!
The Revolution:  In 1776 Thomas Jefferson penned the Declaration of Independence. A Constitution was adopted to set guides as to what this republic would be. George Washington fought a war to enact these incredible documents with its unique structure, direction and rights unheard of throughout the world. He won that war in 1781 and a treaty in 1783 between France, Britain, Spain and our New United States of America was signed cementing the United States of America as a legitimate country. They signed a Declaration of Independence where these founders pledged their lives, fortunes and sacred honor!

America was available and somewhat uninhabited. People came from all corners of the world to escape despotic rulers and poor economic societies where only a very small portion of the population had real benefit of existing wealth or the possibility of creating new wealth.

Because America’s Constitution was capitalistic it allowed the freedom of each person to succeed or fail in all aspects of society. Growth and population spread west at a prodigious rate. Empires were formed in finance, business, real estate, and politics. Relatively soon land, that went east to west, from one ocean to the other and to the cold north and the tropical south, was being occupied.

America grew in all aspects. There was land expansion and ownership, currency, businesses, mining resources, relative youth and low numbers of population per land mass, low prices and few restrictive laws for these brave migrating travelers.  Overburdening Federal Government was not in existence, in fact, Federal Government was a part time structure. Lawlessness, some violence and few laws made travel an adventure. Wars, financial crisis, political intrigue came and went and America grew.

The road along the way
People started coming from Europe, China, Britain Ireland and Scotland. There were South Americans, Central Americans and Africans brought as slaves. (The latter to our great fault and shame)

The country grew leaps and bounds through the 1800’s through wars and skirmishes of expansion as settlers moved Southwest and Northwest. We had a civil war when we corrected the sad event of slavery in the 1800’s. America was growing as an industrial power after the civil war. Inventions that benefited mankind were made from our free immigrant citizens. During this entire period before and after the Civil War of 1861 to 1865, Electricity, Steam engines, Telegraph and many others were put to use in America.

In 1819 we had a panic from over lending and a drop in prices of our primary export which was largely Agriculture at that time and Banking increased its size and lending. There was a pull back in our primary customer base in Europe buying and we learned much about Capitalistic international commerce. A bump in the road to greatness!

The early 1900’s were rocky with World War I. There were presidents who tried to become more like the monarchs of the past such as Woodrow Wilson but, America survived.  The Great Depression and WWII came and went and America survived that as well.

In 1921 we were growing and healthy. Unfortunately we had elected a President eight years before that believed more in Central Government and personal control than the Constitution itself! This was President Woodrow Wilson. We elected a president who believed he was a singular leader who was restricted by the Constitution. This was President Wilson:

Wilson was fond of saying, “While we are followers of Jefferson, there is one principle of Jefferson’s which can no longer obtain in the practical politics of America. You know it was Jefferson who said the best government is that which does as little governing as possible, but, that time is passed! America is not now and cannot in the future be a place for unrestricted individual enterprise.”

President Wilson then greatly and destructively increased the size, cost and reach of Federal Government. The Great Depression in 1929, in my opinion, and the incredibly slow recovery that took a war to remedy was caused by President Wilson’s actions in his eight year reign.

Our federal government was increased yet again in 1932 to 1936 by President Roosevelt while he tried unsuccessfully to buy away the depression.

Only a War, manufacturing and strong exports that followed did that! We refurbished Europe and Britain through the late 1940’s and 1950’s. Our industry grew larger and superior in technology, agriculture, machinery of all kinds, metal production and mining. This production and sale of goods went to our own constituents and the world.  It was a golden age!   In the early 1960’s governmental and economic changes began taking place that did not fit the constitutional directives or philosophy and were dangerous to America’s capitalistic future!  Let’s spend time outlining these subtle but damaging changes.

America essentially went from a capitalistic county with small government overhead into a larger, more powerful and very expensive federal government controlled structure that Jefferson warned us about continuously in his writings. We should have read and heeded his warnings! Here’s a small sample of President Thomas Jefferson Quotes:

They all are vital messages!
  • “The Democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not.”
  • “My reading of history convinces me that most bad government results from too much government.”
  • “A government afraid of its citizens is a Democracy. Citizens afraid of government is tyranny!”
  • “If people let the government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as the souls who live under tyranny.”
  • “Experience has shown that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny.”
  • “The end of democracy and the defeat of the American Revolution will occur when government falls into the hands of lending institutions and moneyed incorporations.”
  • “I predict future happiness for Americans, if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.”
  • “Laws that forbid the carrying of arms . . . disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes . . . Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.”

Thomas Jefferson thought up and penned the original draft of our Constitution! Should American’s listen to and be amazed by his predictive capability 250 years ago? He literally penned the problems and dangers that now currently exist written above! He was a “Prophet”. America will have to do what our forefathers expounded upon to regain primacy in the world’s economy.

In today’s economy, wealthier citizens with international financial positions and other currencies will be okay temporarily. Tax paid, Public Employees will also be okay temporarily.  However, America is no longer the “Promised Land” for those who yearn to have employment like the 40’s 50’s and 60’s.  Manufacturing and other blue collar skilled jobs that made America and its people prosper.   Good jobs where America’s children could apprentice and become journeymen producing product for world export are fast disappearing.

The Golden Age ended in 1964 when a truly great President John F. Kennedy was assassinated. President Lyndon Johnson came into the white house.

Disaster struck, John Kennedy was replaced by President Johnson in 1964. President Johnson immediately robbed Social Security taking out of its segregated fund and put it into the General Fund in order to create and pay for a massive National Welfare Program while overspending on a war he began. These actions were so costly that the gold standard had to be removed by the succeeding president.  That was the end of true capitalism!

1964 President Johnson, upon the unfortunate death of a young great President, John Kennedy, who had so much promise and capability, began unhealthy directions in opposition to our Capitalistic past as defined by Jefferson: President Johnson was responsible for the following:

  • Began and maintained the Vietnam War for unspecified reasons
  • Robbed Social Security to pay for that war and the new very Socialistic Welfare Act with no job attempts or training requirement
  • Spent present and future dollars so much on the War and Welfare that the next President had to close the Gold Window taking the Nation away from the Gold Standard. A dangerous path for future economic health. It was the beginning of the current weaknesses in our financial health.
  • Increased dramatically the size of Government Agency activities exponentially
  • Massively increased the cost and size of Federal Government and loss of Dollar purchasing power which continues today
I want you to dwell on that! We went away from the gold standard and put forth mandatory growth requirements that guaranteed too large of a Federal Government and its Agencies which led to and added over time to the exodus of Manufacturing from this country. That’s damage that we feel dramatically today. (Manufacturing jobs in the sixties made up well over 46% of all employed workforce. Today it’s less than 6%).

The established trend toward Socialism continued in America throughout the 1970’s with dishonesty by Presidents, inflation and the creation of tax paid Government Employee Unions! This is the purest and most egregious sign of “Factional Socialism” in segregating Public workforce from Private workforce.

When the Gold Standard was revoked a decade later in the early 70’s, the Federal Reserve became all powerful. We look at this period of time of President Johnson, Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter as not beneficial to America.   This beginning of active Socialism built upon the base of Wilson and FDR remains the driving source of the too large Federal Government negatives.

Years later, in the eighties and nineties two Presidents, Reagan and Clinton, ran the Federal Government very well under the circumstances.  They did not allow excessive growth except for the Union wage growth within the Federal Government. Sadly the Federal Reserve continued to print excess dollars during this period.  Both men however, were very worthy and excellent Presidents. Those two Presidents by their actions proved that “America gets positive capitalistic results from capitalistic practices.” They temporarily patched the deficits being created by industry moving offshore.

The Chinese Example of Corrective Capitalism
China and the Soviet Union proved in the 1940’s through 1970’s that “One cannot get Capitalistic Success with Socialistic Policies.”  China today is a study in Capitalistic application’s success and recovery.  China went through classic Socialism/Communism for decades which is currently where we seem to be heading! Can we learn from them?

We know with Chairman DENG’s arrival, deposing Mao, his wife and minions, China began to address resurrecting the poorest and most backward society that was also the most populous nation on earth! They had far fewer jobs than population.  How did they turn it around?

Deng put a front-end capitalistic structure in front of the Mao socialistic structure that existed.  That capitalistic structure offered production of goods far cheaper than state competitors like Japan, Taiwan and South Korea.  Their product quality was initially pitiful almost laughable, but they kept at it. They improved by speedy evolution and education of ordinary folks to those needed functions copying the Japanese model post WWII.  China today still has millions unemployed.  However, the Chinese are far better off with capitalism and improving daily.

XI Jinping, (Pronounced Shee Jinping), the current succeeding leader of China may be far more Capitalistic in philosophy than America’s last and current president.  Bottom line: “America seems to be emulating China’s terrible past mistakes while China emulates our past great successes.”

Bloated Inefficient Federal Government
Our manufacturing jobs began to go to other countries when our large corporations continued global expansion at an accelerated rate in the middle to late 1970’s.  At the same time President Carter approved Government Employee Unions creating a classic Socialistic setting of favored “Government Class” over private “Middle Class”.

Japan, South Korea and Taiwan were predominant recipients of our American manufacturers outsourcing in the late 1960’s continuing through today with additional competitors including China and many others.  Our administrative services industries were also somewhat displaced in the 80’s & 90’s to places like India and the Philippines.

Services and manufacturing were the two broad areas of employment in our history was responsible for well over 80% of all labor in America.  Goods “Real Manufacturing” alone had 46% of the workforce in our recent past. Now, by some measurements, real export manufacturing less agricultural goods use is 6% or less of our workforce. It’s at historic lows! Those were the “Good Jobs.”

Our government constantly produces badly weighted figures to make uncomfortable statistics and numbers look better. It’s very similar to the wildly incorrect unemployment numbers. The citizenry has little faith in Federal Government pronouncements and so they should!

Our citizen youth, black, brown and white
These are the most affected by this outrage of no jobs! Capitalism is necessary for their futures. In some cases, 50%+ unemployment exists for youth in our larger cities. Their future resides in part time jobs or menial-labor. This Socialism is disastrous. We must prepare for their futures immediately.

Are we doing justice to their futures by being more costly to potential Manufacturers and having them go elsewhere? Look at the debt! Should a Federal Government that removed Glass Steagall and produced “ObamaCare” and “Dodd Frank”, two horribly drawn programs, be trusted? The astronomic costs of these two Government programs and losses due to removal of Glass Steagall laws will be dramatically large and injurious to every citizen for many decades.

We must as a nation become internationally labor competitive for our children’s future. Let’s explore possibilities and explode myths.

Myths
Let’s explode some tired myths. “WAGES” are not the primary reason we lack international manufacturing  competitiveness as we had so successfully in past decades!

Current "Private Sector Wages” are not the reason our “American Companies” and many other foreign companies won’t come back and build in America.

Since the early 1970’s, large American Corporations have fled America. They all say it was because they had to get “International” to be geographically diverse and situated in the affected foreign markets.  That’s partially true! However, They moved for other reasons for which politically they often hesitate to discuss.  Thank God Big Business did move!  Had they not our Pensions, 401k’s, stock investments, bank savings and many other economic factors of our financial health could be vastly worse!

Let’s bring back our global manufacturing, Not home building or local creation and consumption of goods that our “Lazy Press” seems fixated upon.  I’m talking international real manufacturing using American labor for exports just like China or South Korea.

Look at Wall Mart and the origin of products on their shelves! When you see appliance with American names look them up and see where they are manufactured not assembled. You’ll be shocked.  Does Dell or APPLE manufacture their products here? NO!   Does GM have more labor workers here than overseas? NO!  WHY?  Tax Payers bailed GM out!

I said above “it’s not primarily Wages” that caused these manufactures to leave”!   More succinct reasons come from quiet conversations with international business people who are wary to speak publicly. Let’s be unafraid and cause positive controversy!

The Reasons for “Real Goods Manufacturing” leaving America in the past  and still are:
  • Federal Government Rules, Laws and Regulations (first reason given.)
  • Federal Agency interference NLRB. EPA etc. (Note: There are at least 200 Agencies that oversee parts of business)
  • “Legal Avarice” with massive Class Action Suits by an unrestricted legal profession using slanted Federal Labor Laws and Ridiculous Agency rules. Many foreign manufactures I’ve talked with won’t come here to build because of this very  concern (Lawyers in the majority reside in the Senate and Congress)
  • Corporate Taxation (Many American Corporations have not repatriated their profits for years back to America) a sure sign of the validity that American taxes on Foreign Profits are comparatively far too high and a real factor for businesses not returning
  • Union political pressure combined in partnership with Agency legal pressures fortified by Federal Government political support. (example: Boeing, S. Carolina vs Unions & Federal Government Agencies
  • ObamaCare, a new wedge in solicitation of business to our shores
  • High Minimum Wages only when training new employees
These are the real reasons we have not competed and will continue to lose millions of jobs. There has been no real attempt to rectify causes of unemployment.  International manufacturing retention and small businesses have been largely discouraged by our Federal Government for years while we use ineffective short term non-solutions.

PROOF Very Recent  2011-2012
Mexico is currently building American and Global corporation’s businesses and facilities for manufacturing and maintenance.  Their economy is doing great! This is not China or other Asian emerging market countries! This is Mexico only miles from our border!  The land of Massive Immigration, Drug Cartels, Hezbollah involvement, Corrupt Governments blackmailing US citizens, Beheadings and Kidnapping. International Corporations are building and hiring for good manufacturing jobs just miles away from our Border! WHY? (It’s not wages)

GE, GM, Goodrich, Honeywell, Cessna and other American based Companies all building in Mexico, just miles below our Southern Border, Just recently for 2013, GM has announced $1,000,000,000.(One Billion dollars for manufacturing and production in Mexico ). This is proof positive of what’s been written above. They are creating thousands of direct manufacturing jobs and tens of thousands of secondary jobs. Columbia and Peru are beginning to get these jobs as well.

You’ve read this far! Now, let’s begin a real conversation of how to create America again as the Capitalistic bastion it was always intended to become for our children.

Real Solutions
America has to become Capitalistic once again!!  It will be politically tough to turn 40+ years around!

Suggested Steps:
  • Immediate dissolution of all Federal and State, County, and City Government Unions and all other tax paid employee unions
  • Ten Year moratorium on Federal Government hiring (No replacements) Federally contracted civilian employment is also frozen in numbers and reduced by 50% in five years
  • There will be no firing of employees. Early retirements will be offered.
  • Most Federal Agency functions will be removed and switched to States.  All Federal Government must shrink 50% of current size and costs in ten years
  • New 401K’s replace immediately all Pensions of current and future Tax Paid Government employees All benefits must be on par with the private sector.
  • Removal of Class Action status for legal pursuit of Corporations in America
  • All mandatory Union use for any labor contracts by the Government or private businesses will be stricken from Federal law
  • Taxes for foreign income of American Corporations repatriating profits would be 15%
  • “All” Elected Officials (Senators Congress and appointees) Retirement time and income provisions are adjusted dramatically in time served and percentages of compensation
  • Travel allowances and expenses of all Government employees hired or elected public transport only, no first class or paid private will used in most cases
  • All Federal Police forces including Home Land Security and their affiliates will be abolished.  Also ATF and TSA. The FBI and CIA will remain. Strong States Rights will be returned
  • The Justice Department will be confined to Federal Issues with strict rules against changing or challenging State rules except those ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court
  • A  President must obtain approval of both Houses to sign any “Foreign Treaties”. The United States will withdraw from the United Nations
  • Private Medical care should be nationally available cross borders with no State boundaries, however, purely voluntary and not controlled by Federal Government ObamaCare will be privatized or retired
  • A primary Federal Government function would be searching and promoting American workforce and national capabilities in bringing businesses to America. This is a major prerogative as the Chinese model suggests.
  • Military and Civilian corporations should be employed to create well fenced and protected borders both north and south that would be impenetrable identifying each individual and their right to enter
  • The Federal Reserve must be restructured immediately
Once these actions are executed America will have massive employment by foreign corporations and the return of American corporations. Our children will have career jobs not temporary!

“If you dislike a States treatment as a citizen, you move to another State.  It’s far more difficult to move to another Country.” MB
Very Important!!

Summary:  This is a brief! (I know it’s long) It could be far more detailed. It is for the purpose of debate which I welcome.  Not a debate for minor points of detail please!!  A debate of philosophy for governmental capitalistic modification and real Job creation for our country!

LET’S GO PUBLIC WITH THIS!
